how it works…
Wilbartec Consulting
Engineers has identified the development of partnerships with other
companies as a major business sector for the future. You may too have
an idea that can be turned into a successful partnership with us.
opportunities…
The traditional
consulting service in its self is profitable and appropriate for most
of the projects. However opportunities to form partnership are present
when:
- Clients diversify into a product or process which is not their core
business or a completely new one.
- The development phase requires a high level of innovation.
- A high level of adding value by Wilbartec Consulting Engineers
is possible which is not adequately rewarded by the normal service
charge structures.
- Products or processes require ongoing development and improvements,
which can have significant long term benefits.

our approach…
Partnerships of
this kind have been realised and have in most cases resulted in the
formation of a separate company structure.
partnership success…
Examples of successful
partnerships are:
- The development a new building product, which finds its main application
in the pool construction industry. The product is a coated
substrate, which promises to achieve a large market share in
this sector.
- The establishment of a company utilising the 'Wilbartec Kiln'
equipment to its full potential. Allowing the end product to be
introduced to a new market (specifically Overseas) which can then
be followed up with the sale of the production equipment combined
with the transfer of the technology.
- The establishment of a company together with Australian partners
and from Overseas to enter the potential market of alternative
energy solutions. The mix within this partnership allows us to
primarily develop projects in the area of 'Wind Energy'. This would
include and is not limited to the establishment of medium to large
wind farm sites.
